XMAS CANDY CANES

LES "CANDY CANES" DE NOËL

Nothing says American Christmas more clearly than candy canes, wouldn't you say? They are everywhere, mixed into, sprinkled on and in someway added to everything; they are  printed on every other card, hung on every tree and wreath, wrapped into bunches or just strewn on tables, a cheerful display of fire and ice.

I have never really liked to eat candy canes I must admit, except in one instance:
The net translated my thought exactly:

"Candy canes are perfect for adding a hint of mint to your winter drinks. For your next hot cup of cocoa (...) swirl a candy cane in your cup - as it slowly melts, it will release its lovely mint flavor. The longer you swirl, the stronger the minty taste." -she knows.com

au revoir.
