This is the size of the latest strawberries to have made their way into our kitchen. The size of an average apple! Incroyable!
What do they really feed them? What are we really eating? yikes!
However, they tasted good, and we don't glow in the dark when we turn off the lights at night.

I guess that's a plus?...

Those are mighty large strawberrites. Personally I prefer smaller berries and find them sweeter. Remember the wild strawberries, so sweet and delicious.

ReplyDeleteI took a crazy college class in Spain where the teacher insisted the giant berries are just due to lots of sun hours. I have my doubts this is the entire explanation, but they did have giant berries there too.
