UN NOËL A PART, PARFOIS... TRES A PART
There is, out there, a more entertaining bunch who love to think outside the box and not necessarily adopt the Christmas season the way the popular shelter magazines portray it. Forget the invasion of red and green, forget the reindeer, Santa, and all the sweet little angels. For that crowd, the season is graphic, modern, minimal, metallic and artsy.
And then, there is a very much more edgy side of artsy...the darker side where the occult and the obscure reign supreme, where Gothic is not an architectural term but rather a life style to be adopted, skulls and high drama and all.

P.S. I said this weekend was to be our last chance to adorn and hang our wreath in order to avoid total embarrassment, imagined I am sure, but still...
This is our contribution to the neighborhood's otherwise very rich and lit up Christmas spirit.

Hi, these are fun, different.
ReplyDeleteI´m especially liking the third and fifth picture.
The black wreath is stunning, daring. Maybe I´d hang one in a gray color, black is a "bit" too dramatic..
That is a gorgeous wreath! Merry Christmas.
